Meet the Founder – Nikeisha Henlon-Sterling, M.Ed.
Nikeisha Henlon-Sterling is a seasoned educator, instructional leader, and educational consultant with over 24 years of progressive experience in the Jamaican education system. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Measurement from the University of the West Indies, Mona, and is certified in School Leadership and Management through the National College for Educational Leadership (NCEL).
Nikeisha is deeply committed to capacity-building among educators and fostering equitable, learner-centered environments. Her educational philosophy— “If a child cannot learn what you teach, teach the child what he can learn”— reflects her belief in differentiated instruction and inclusive education.
Through EduGenZ Consultancy Services, she leverages her academic training and practitioner experience to support educators, institutions, and school leaders in achieving instructional excellence and assessment integrity.
