Nikeisha Henlon-Sterling is a passionate educator and seasoned professional with over 24 years of teaching experience. A trained graduate, Nikeisha specializes in addressing reading difficulties and believes in the transformative power of personalized education. Her philosophy, “If a child cannot learn what you teach, teach the child what they can learn,” is the foundation of her impactful teaching methods.

Nikeisha holds a Master of Education Degree in Educational Measurement from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and a Qualification for Principalship Certificate from The National College for Educational Leadership. These qualifications, combined with her extensive experience, have equipped her to make meaningful contributions to the field of education.
